Top Coat and Base Coat are the most vital parts of your 3-step gel manicure. I had to make sure this Top Coat would prevent staining, especially with my weekly use of purple shampoo. Through working with dozens of top coats for the perfect formula, I finally created it. If you need one thing from Gel Baby, Talk the Top Coat is it.
